Service department lies. Service and parts department lied to me and told me I would receive a credit for my vehicle battery that was under warranty, they charged my credit ca Service and parts department lied to me and told me I would receive a credit for my vehicle battery that was under warranty, they charged my credit card and never refunded it, I have tried numerous times to speak with manager and they keep telling me my refund is coming but it's been months. Very pathetic that a MERCEDES dealer has to cheat it's way out of a $200 battery. Save yourself a headache and don't ever go to this lousy dealer. More

Nick Garvey was very helpful even after the sale. Finding a car is one thing but after the sale I received a lot of help and advice. Nick spent time going over every part of the car to make sure the learning curve was small. A couple of months after the purchase I tried calling him when my battery died. He called in his off hours promptly to explain some trouble shooting and how to use the car without the fob. He really went above and beyond for me. More
