The service was not what I expected. It was disappointing. I made an appointment that was suppose to be 1 hour and 30 minutes. They took my car late and It was a three hour wait. I was never offered a transport home even after I made them aware I had other plans. It was a clear disregard for my time and a huge inconvenience. Clearly they over booked. I was early for my appointment but was received with a smile and only waited a few minutes before a service writer was at my car to help me. Dawson took very good care of me and saw that my car was servic smile and only waited a few minutes before a service writer was at my car to help me.
