I was looking for a Smart car, and went in to this location. My husband and I were met by Darius, who promptly showed us the different Smart cars available. Darius then sat down with us and asked what we wanted in the car. The kind of car we wanted was not available in the color of our choice. Darius informed us it would have to be factory ordered as a 2013 and it would be at least 3-4 months before we could get it. He then searched for a car to our liking and found one that was made for the VP of their facility, except it was not in the color we desired. It was what we were looking for, and so we compromised on the color. Overall a good effort from Darius, who also promised us the metal keychains for the Smart car, that were not in stock at the time. I have been looking for a used Mercedes for several months and contacted the dealer in late October inquiring about a used online offering. The sales person Darius spent a good amount of time explaining the vehicle I had in mind and even went into maintenance for me since I really do almost everything on my own. After about 30 minutes I said that I would be going out of town and would check back in November and was invited to come out and test drive a few cars. The third week of November I visited the dealership with my son who just came in for Thanksgiving. I really want to see the pre-owned inventory. Darius was extremely patient and showed us a few vehicles and recommended that we go out for the test drive. After a good test drive he explained all the features of the car including the warranty and service. I asked for a few minutes of privacy and called my wife for the approval. (this helps keep the marriage smooth) We looked again at the pre owned and after some more discussion; Darius sold me a brand new Mercedes C 300. The buying experience was the best I’ve ever had. I treated with extreme courtesy and honesty. We closed the deal, which was so easy in a few minutes and took the car home that night. I left a personal check as a deposit and took the car home that night. The car is wonderful and more than I ever expected. I have for the last 15 years been driving Hondas and Toyotas which are really good cars. But the Mercedes is a magnificent car. I would recommend Darius and Orland Park Mercedes Benz to anyone that is really serious about buying a great car for a great person. It’s also worth mentioning that the follow up provided by Darius was great. A few days after buying the car he personally followed up with me to see how I was enjoying the car to which I told him that it was fantastic. My son is thinking about making his next car a Mercedes. I was in the market for a 2012 Mercedes s550. I had been to 2 other dealers. The first dealer gave me little to no discount and couldn't even get the car for 2 1/2 months.
