Brought my Mercedes C300 in with sunroof problems. Found the the tubing had become ruined and the glass ran off track. I pulled in and got out to fine Luis he appeared and asked me what was wrong. He was in his way home and immediately put his things down and drive my car to see if he could figure out what was wrong. Luis , his lead and the service tech worked for the next hour trying to help me. They completely closed the sunroof for me and solved my problem. Luis and team went over and above for ma and I greatly appreciated it. I would recommend Luis to anyone he took care of me when I was in great need and made sure I didn’t leave with out a resolution. This type of service is not usual now a days. Thank you Luis and co workers for helping me and gaining the trust of this customer. More
