My sister had previously purchased a Mercedes at a good price from this dealership. Although I wanted a Lexus (sorry Mercedes lovers) she told me to contact Dylan to see if he could help. Sure enough, within the week he found me the exact car I wanted at better prices than the cars I found online. Dylan was excellent and dedicated, using my preference of texting pictures and stats of possible cars for purchase. I ended up buying a practically new “used” car with all the features I wanted below my price range. I basically got a Lexus RX350 for the price of a RAV4. To sweeten the deal, he found me great financing options (that were not with Mercedes). In addition, there was NO PRESSURE in buying extended warranties, extra clear coats of paint, etc. It was just one question, “would you like warranty?” I didn't realize buying a car could be so easy. They both seemed to truly appreciate my business and they did everything possible to work a deal for me so I had the car I wanted at my price too. They were not pushy but clearly wanted my business. It should be noted that I am very savvy car buyer and was still VERY impressed with Rachel, George and my entire purchase process . She was very helpful and honest in her approach and confirmed an ON THE ROAD price to me over the phone. When we arrived at the dealership we met with Josh Pomles who was as friendly & helpful as any salesman could be. Josh spent much time with my wife and I making certain that we were happy with the vehicle that we had chosen. Corey Hiken was very impressive with his knowledge of the features provided both inside and outside of the vehicle. He gave me a complete tutorial on every feature offered and demonstrated how each function operates. He very patiently helped me set up connections to the GPS, Bluetooth and Radio. Lori Ann Brown was delightful and very easy to work with. She explained to my wife and I every possible service and maintenance option available for our vehicle WITHOUT being pushy or rude. She gave us time to consider these options and allowed us to decide for ourselves what additional protections we felt were appropriate. The overall experience that we had at this dealership was outstanding. and the people that we dealt with were simply marvelous. Over the past 50 years my wife and I have been to many Lincoln & Cadillac dealerships in the Baltimore and Columbia Area and they have much to learn about honesty, courtesy and general customer relations.
