Josh Pomles is a top-notch salesman, who was very honest with me from the onset when I was purchasing a 2009 Range Rover Supercharged. The final sales price to me was approximately $6K below retail. I have never purchased a Mercedes before and am amazed at the incredible customer service I received from Josh. I expected to spend two or three hours at a dealership haggling over everything from vehicle pr the incredible customer service I received from Josh. I expected to spend two or three hours at a dealership haggling over everything from vehicle pricing and availablilty to financing. Instead, Josh contacted me about the vehicle I was looking for and while I continued my work day he did all the paperwork and got my pricing worked out. His knowledge was extensive on the financial end and the advice he gave me completely changed my outlood on what I was going to buy and when. He then brought the vehicle to me at work to inspect and test drive. We chatted all day via text and phone and I felt as if we'd known each other for years rather than a moment. I left work at my normal time and stopped at R&H to sign the paperwork and drove home. He followed up with me that evening to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and to see if I had any questions. Incredible! Fran in financing was also great to work with. She was very patient and understanding and answered all my questions (of which I had many!)with honesty as well. More

I don't think I can give enough praise to Josh Pomles! He went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced before with previous salesmen. He was honest, helpful and friendly. Further, he assured me that he would at least try to place me in one of the Mercedes Benz financing programs despite my credit rating. I was so grateful when he offered an interest rate that afforded comfortable payments since I was budget conscious. My experience with Ms. King was just an extension of the professionalism exhibited by Mr. Polmes. She was very congenial and informative of my options and articulated well each step of the financing process. She even disclosed another interest rate program that I could qualify for that was more beneficial to my budget. September 6, 2012 was truely divinely organized to deliver a beautiful birthday gift before my September 13, 2012 birthday. Kudos to R & H for a fine staff!!!! More
