My experience with R&H Motor Cars has been exceptional from start to finish the team there always provides top notch, high level customer service. I have worked with Andre Goppy in the Service Department for many years and he never skips a beat with the quality of service that he delivers on each and every visit. I recently traded my 2002 C240 to a 2009 C300 and I couldn't say more about George Johnson. He made the process very smooth, efficient and handled my sale with such a quality of care and assurance. He accomodated my every need and it didn't take long for me to get all my paperwork completed. Fran King, provided me with the financing information, she was clear and concise, she was very polite and knowledgable. I could not have asked for a better team, in fact they have spoiled me rotten to the point that I wouldn't go anywhere else but R&H. The are truly the model dealership for signature service. More

Mr. Johnson was patient, comprehensive, thorough. I did not meet any of the other salesmen, but I suspect he is near the top of the lot. I had been searching for a car for nearly 2 months. Every Mercedes Benz dealership that I attempted to work with to get a car had shady tactics. I was given the runaround, traveling hundreds of miles to only Mercedes Benz dealership that I attempted to work with to get a car had shady tactics. I was given the runaround, traveling hundreds of miles to only be told that the car is there but not available. One dealership actually told me I had to give them the funds for the car and come back (another 300 miles) to pick up the car days later. I found R&H, and honestly I thought that more shady tactics would be done. My experience with Dylan Jones proved to be a very pleasant surprise. Dylan was not only friendly and found ways to relate to my family, but was also very professional. I also felt as though I could trust him, which is a feeling I felt at no other dealership. I left the dealership with the car of my dreams, even though I did not expect for everything to go as smoothly as it did. I love my car so much that I cannot see myself driving anything else. So when I upgrade, I will patronize R&H ONLY. I would say that I want Dylan to be the only one who sells me my next car, but I truly hope he is a top manager by then. With his positive attitude, he is going places. It has been a long time since I have experienced top-notch, honest, customer service as I did from the staff at R&H. Keep up the good work! More
