Hello, We apologize that there was some miscommunication between who you spoke with initially and who assisted you for your service. Based on your username, we are unable to pull your work history and contact information. In speaking with our Service Manager Rich Lombardi, he advised that from the price mentioned, it sounds like the interior cabin air filter was recommended. This is done seasonally, just like the home central air units and will eliminate odor from pollen etc. Rich is happy to provide further explanation if you would not mind sending your contact information or reaching out at your earliest convenience to service@prestigemb.com.
