Disappointing and sloppy service I waited 15 minutes for a service rep when dropping off. I was promised a loaner car and they were all out so I couldn't leave my car. They did not even look at my vehicle for 3 days after they picked up. I never got a call from my service person telling me about the car or that it was done - just a call from the drop off person. Awful and careless service. I'd love to list employees I worked with but I don't even know their names! More

Pleasant experience This was 3rd times we purchase Mercedes. Not always happy to purchase new car. Jieun dealt us very politely with enthusiasm.
