The real part of my experience that stood out was my great sales rep. My experience with Ken was great because even with every sales technique that is used he wasn't pushy and instead helped me learn something new about my car choice. He saw that I was getting anxious waiting around to be helped by some other assigned sales rep and his perceptive judgement saw this and quickly jumped on the opportunity to answer all my questions in a very timely fashion. He was very fast in the turnover process from my initial questions, to the test drive, all the way through the close of the sale. He was a great listener when it came to things I didn't want and very intuitive in determining the qualities of a car I did want. He did a great job working closely with me to ensure the car I left that day was the best fit for me. In fact, I'm very used to salespeople overselling and over promising their product which makes you very disappointed in the end because of the "over-hype" but Kenneth did the opposite and actually undersold some of the fabulous qualities that I'm uncovering each day; and I'm very happy that he did so, because I left the dealership excited with my new purchase and now a few days later I'm exponentially exalted.
