This is my 3rd Mercedes from Prestige. I see lots of reviews about new sales experiences. Most customers are obviusly happy when they get a new car. However, for me the rubber hits the road when its months or years after the point of sale and your vehicle needs servicing! My last service experience was Michael Markiewicz and it was wonderful! He was honest, informative and responsive in addressing my vehicle issues and meeting all my expectations. Michael is also a story book example of how the Prestige family develops and grows their staff and their engagement comes through in how they treat their customers. Michael Markiewicz was a Prestige Motors service technician promoted to service advisor. He has stepped into his new role and doing a great job! Thank you Prestige & Michael!! More

The new facility holds a wide array of cars to choose from and even if they don't have the car of your dreams, the sales team makes every effo cars. Phil explained the process in great detail to me and what my expectations should be for delivery date. He notified me by phone of any important updates and luckily there were no xxxx-ups. The car came 10 days early!!! My wife and I have never been more happy with our SLK and wouldn't trade it for the world.
