Customer service at Prestige is the best. I picked up my car on a Monday evening and by Tuesday evening I had to call for a service problem! This is my first Mercedes, having left Audi, and am adjusting to a few minor differences. I thought all back up cameras had sensors so I didn't ask about that only to find my Benz does not but my less expensive Audi did. I had all weather mats in addition to carpet mats but my Benz only has carpet mats. These are items I didn't notice until I was home with the car. Small things but noticeable when I had them in a less expensive car. More

Phil was always able to answer my questions & make the turn in & release of another vehicle easy & was always professional & very knowledgeable . When I went to pick up the vehicle Phil also took the time to go over the vehicle with me. Phil made what is usually stressful experience a positive one. This is my second time purchasing MB with Phil's help, and I am super grateful for the level of professionalism he applies to every deal he offers. I would gladly go back to him to buy my next car. I have always dreaded the process of buying or leasing a car. My prior experience with Prestige (BMW and Mercedes) years back had been very unpleasant. I do not recommend purchasing a used vehicle through this dealership. I spent ~2 weeks via phone with the sales person verifying the condition of a used car including finalizing price/financing terms. Mind dealership. I spent ~2 weeks via phone with the sales person verifying the condition of a used car including finalizing price/financing terms. Mind you, I live 500+ miles away and they happened to have a very specific car that I am in the market to purchase. I asked SPECIFIC questions regarding the condition of the car only to discover, after flying to NJ and seeing the car in person, the car had been poorly repainted!!! Do not trust in a clean CarFax - that just means any issues have yet to show up or were not reported (to insurance or police). Further troubling to the whole matter was the salesperson's first comment: "how did you see that so fast?". From there they attempted to negotiate a lower price to 'get me into this car.' To add to my frustration, they delayed taking me back to the airport. The end result is I'm out what turned out to be a round trip airline ticket, which booked last minute was $600+ for just the return flight not to mention my initial ticket cost, time and effort. My problem with this dealership is the lack of disclosing answers to my specific questions which would have avoided this entire situation. I called an spoke to the GM and his response was basically 'buyer beware.' I'm surprised the #2 Mercedes dealership in the US lacks honesty and integrity especially with potential clients at these price points. More
