Years ago I leased a C300 from MB of Paramus. I chose to return to the service department after a horrible experience with MB of Caldwell a few weeks. ago. Long story short they took my car in I chose to return to the service department after a horrible experience with MB of Caldwell a few weeks. ago. Long story short they took my car in for service, mentioned it might not be done that day, which was OK. 2 days later it was not even started, so I immediately told them to not do any work and I was coming to get it. Such bad scheduling. I decided to call MB of Paramus and you were very accommodating and might I even add less money for the same services. Gloria Alvarez was professional, polite and kept updating me while I waited for my Service A. Even though MB of Caldwell is 10 minutes from my home... I will take the ride to Paramus from now on. Thank You More
