The fact that you can’t get anybody on the phone in the service department even after leaving 10 voicemails is totally unacceptable it took me sending you Mr. Delaney an email to get someone to call me I do have to say Felicity is a gem she stepped in and did well above what she needed to do to get the job done. The fact that your service department doesn’t know if a job is done and to redo it it’s crazy if you’d like to know what that is just go ask Felicity. The only reason I gave you guys five stars is because of Felicity and the rest that your service department well let’s just say when you call somebody and leave multiple multiple messages and not return calls from anybody tells me you guys are clueless. So Mr. Delaney I think you should straighten out your service department. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade maybe more I were furred countless and countless people to your dealership and let’s just say if you guys don’t get your xxxx together there be no more referrals.
