Glad to finally get my airbags replaced, Your service Dept. replaced finally my two airbags during the recall. Glove box surface was left dirty and you shouldn't schedule 3 hour service calls Your service Dept. replaced finally my two airbags during the recall. But the quality of the snack food has dropped off lately, which is important when the three hour service takes place over lunch hour. More

From the moment I made the appointment on the phone to meet, I felt like we would be well taken care of. The sales agents were superb and the customer service was outstanding. The cappuccino machine was not a bad touch either. Jieun made sure that every bit our our needs were met, and her partner, Jeff, added to the feeling of making sure we were comfortable and satisfied. “Saint Jieun” worked extra hard to make sure that I got KBB value for my trade in. The sales associates even took pictures of us in front of our brand new MBs with giant red bows (just like in the commercials), and picked out key chains for us that they thought we would like. While we purchased the cars on Black Friday, this experience was as bright as it gets! More
