unreliable i had my 2018 glc for first 10k service and rattling noise from the trunk and windshield. The issues were fixed but now a rattling noise is coming from the driver's seat. Probably the seat was disassembled to fix the truck rattling. In addition, the car was returned without a wash and rain marks all over inside of the driver and passages side arm rest from the test drive. This is already my fourth trip to Mercedes benz for many different reasons and I'm losing faith in Mercedes Benz's reliability. More

A couple of people had complained before me and were treated with a poor attitudes by the customer service personnel. I indicated that I had a meeting at 10 am, but the service team could not locate my car for so long since it had not been serviced (just a quick diagnostic). I understand that the car was not assigned a number for the cashier since it hadn’t been serviced, but it took a significant amount of time even after that had been identified. I inquired about my car and they were rude to me just like the two people before me. This is my first time at this MB service center. I’ve used two other ones in the past and have been very satisfied with their friendliness and respect towards customers as well as with their appointment availability. This service center appears understaffed or poorly trained for the volume of service appointments they receive. More

Wait times too long Checked in with David 9:30. Saw car on the rack (just outside the customer lounge) 10:00. Car off the rack 10:30. Saw tech walk thru the advisor's Checked in with David 9:30. Went to David's desk to see the hold up 11:20. He said the paper work was just posted. Paid the cashier 11:30. She called for the car to be brought up. Walked to the end of the pickup/drop off area 12:00. Asked Axel if he could get my car still in the parking lot outside the wash area. He did. It was raining that day but it looked like the car was washed anyway. Did not see any evidence that the vacuum was used inside. Cost for an oil and filter change seems quite high. I am thinking that I might have to try M/B Nanuet the next time. Cost will probably be the same but maybe the wait time will be more acceptable. Besides, Nanuet is closer to home. More
