Terrible Experience @ Paramus Mercedes Paramus in my service rating used to be #1. Now it is getting worse in last two visits. I talked with other regular customers and they all told me Paramus in my service rating used to be #1. Now it is getting worse in last two visits. I talked with other regular customers and they all told me the same thing. #1. Mercedes used to have service people to come to you to greet you the minute you stop your car. Last time and this time I stopped, there were no one greeted me. I have got off the car the look for service people. #2. The Paramus service fee is twice as much as other dealer for tire installations. #3. After the service, nobody comes to look for me to tell me the car was ready. I have to go to the adviser to check if they were ready. The advisor said that he could not find me. That was a lie. I was outside at the service station chatting with other customers. They did not look for me. They just put the bill at the cashier's counter. #4. Then they could not find my car. Someone parked it at other parking lot that nobody knows. for two tire replacement when I started it was 7:15am. By the time I got my lost car, it was 9:30am. It was a terrible experience at Paramus Mercedes. You are ruining the product. Did you fire those service people to save the cost? Even Honda has a better service than you do. I am very disappointed. I will definite not to make any purchase from Paramus. You are so disorganized. What happened when you let everything go to the toilet. If I had known, I would pulled my car to another location for a service. Shame on you! More

Leasing a Mercedes GLC 300 Well, it is a nice facility with a lot of cars. The process took a bit longer than expected and I found my self spending there a few hours. Also recommending having an Insurance Guy OnSite to facilitate getting insurance for a new car. Why only 4 stars? Well, mainly because we were not told about the $600 (more or less) to pay to Mercedes when the lease ends and in case I won't want to renew it. Since I asked Joel a few times about what is the total charge, I should have been told about it in the beginning and not after purchasing the car. It could impact my decision of leasing vs buying vs going to other car dealer. In addition, I think the walkthrough the car features should includes everything. Spending 10-15 min more with an expert could save me a few hours at home. Also they forgot to fill the gas tank, but eventually other agent did it after we asked for it. More
