Couldn't speak with my advisers for 36 hours! They pick up my car 11 a.m. until the next day 6 p.m. I wasn't able to speak to my advisor. I called numerous time and left voicemails, I couldn't get They pick up my car 11 a.m. until the next day 6 p.m. I wasn't able to speak to my advisor. I called numerous time and left voicemails, I couldn't get anyone to let me know the status of my car. Also regarding the loner I ask for bigger car since my car is a truck I received small C-Class loaner, they were assuring me that I could fit car seat and two other kids in the back which I wasn't able to do. We hustle for 4 days. I wish the communication between the customer and dealer improved in the future. My car came back not vacuumed only washed outside sloppy job More

Terrible Customer Service! I dropped off the car on Friday 9/7 at 9AM (no loaner was availble when appt was made but was told it will take hours to complete the service). After I dropped off the car on Friday 9/7 at 9AM (no loaner was availble when appt was made but was told it will take hours to complete the service). After multiple calls on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, I got a call back from service rep on Tuesday morning to tell me they are wokring on my car and should be ready at night! When I got to dealership at night, rep was’t there and paperwork was not ready for me to receive the car! Another service rep had to help me locate the paperwork so my car can be released. If I can give this dealership 0 stars, I would gladly do it. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service! More
