Service Center Still needs to work A visit to the dealership should not be one of issues and trying to get a loaner for the appointment when dropping one of our vehicles for service. O A visit to the dealership should not be one of issues and trying to get a loaner for the appointment when dropping one of our vehicles for service. Our visit to the Porsche dealership is a polar opposite experice then what has been a norm at this dealership. The last four appointments that our vehicles required a converasation with the General Manager as the service manager would not/ could not provide a loaner irrespective of the fact that one was ordered at the time of the appointment. To be honest I do not know why we were asked to fill out this survey while we are still waiting to get answers on the vehicle we just picked up a couple of days. And speaking of picking up a vehicle we usually receive a car was with the vehicles after a service appointment, however this too was overlooked during this appointment. More

I previously owned a 2014 Mercedes Benz CLA 250 4matic. Meeting Melissa Lee in my car trading experience made it very comfortable for me to get into a newer car because I was unhappy with my 2014 CLA. She was professional, kind & extremly patient with me throughout the time of this process. To say the least I could tell she is passionate about what she does at Mercedes Benz of Paramus. This dealership is very fortunate to have an employee like Melissa Lee. I recommend her if anyone is looking to get into any Mercedes. By the way I love my C400 !!! More
