I was encouraged to use the home service to change my tire, it was a little expensive but I did t mind it. I have purchased 5000 $ extended warranty unlimited mile for 2 years . I had axle and cat problem , I went there 2 times but they said after 80 thousand mile they don’t replace cat and axle was my fault . for 2 years . I asked them one part they said after i pay 190 dollars they can tell me on warranty or not . They said they have to check the car first and than they can tell me on warranty or not . I wanted to talk to manager he didn’t even talk to me . After 50 thousand mile you have definitely no extended warranty . They will find an excuse for not the fix the car . Dont even think to buy about the extended warranty. You will waste your money and get stres . It is all about lie and game when they are selling car . I traded my S550 and I bought lincoln continental . And I will never ever buy benz again because of this dealership and servis . More
