I had an appointment for a sunroof recall. I brought the car in 8:00am on a Monday morning. Initially I was denied a loaner because of the age of my Mercedes even though we had purchased it from them. Then the wrong Sun roof was ordered by them and I would be out of a car for several days. But a family friend who knew about cars spoke to someone and I was then provided with a loaner. Otherwise I would have happily provided 5 stars. That was stressful and they should have provided a loaner at the start because it would have been good business to be treated better. They should have started in a positive way because one never knows when the customer is going to purchase another Mercedes and there are other dealerships. Otherwise, all the staff were polite. More
