Purchased a used Lexus RX350 on 6/27/2020. It did not have second key. Mr. Brandon Reininger gave me “We owe” statement for the original replacement. He pretended he never got the emails- though we have all proofs of communication. He told me to send another email with proof I sent it called several times Till date I did not get any response from Mr Reininger or reimbursement ! I did not know a great dealership would do this to a customer. More

My car is almost 20 years old and I scheduled a 21 point inspection of my car at the time of my oil change when I scheduled my appointment by phone. When I arrived the service attendant informed me that th inspection of my car at the time of my oil change when I scheduled my appointment by phone. When I arrived the service attendant informed me that the 21 point inspection can only be completed when a full service is done and I was only having an oil change. I showed him the email from Mercedes that confirmed the 21 point inspection. I received no remarks or recommendations regarding the inspection. I appreciated the ride home while I had to wait 2 hours for the service. I have been a customer since 2002. More
