Met me on arrival promptly, had me ready to leave quickly. The A service took 6-7 hours. I didn’t get a loaner and didn’t ask for one. On return they washed my car and cleaned the interior. Purchased a used Lexus RX350 on 6/27/2020. It did not have second key. Mr. Brandon Reininger gave me “We owe” statement for the original replacement. Told us to submit proof of purchase and he would reim have second key. Mr. Brandon Reininger gave me “We owe” statement for the original replacement. Told us to submit proof of purchase and he would reimburse. I sent multiple emails, with proof of purchase of second key from Park Lexus . He did not respond. I came in person and talked to him. He pretended he never got the emails- though we have all proofs of communication. He told me to send another email with proof I sent it called several times Till date I did not get any response from Mr Reininger or reimbursement ! I did not know a great dealership would do this to a customer. More

My car is almost 20 years old and I scheduled a 21 point inspection of my car at the time of my oil change when I scheduled my appointment by phone. When I arrived the service attendant informed me that th inspection of my car at the time of my oil change when I scheduled my appointment by phone. When I arrived the service attendant informed me that the 21 point inspection can only be completed when a full service is done and I was only having an oil change. I showed him the email from Mercedes that confirmed the 21 point inspection. I received no remarks or recommendations regarding the inspection. I appreciated the ride home while I had to wait 2 hours for the service. I have been a customer since 2002. More
