Alexandro was sales representative when I was looking to purchase the vehicle but nothing wrong with him. My total frustration is on servicing team. Walmart does better service than Mercedes Benz of Plano. They really disappointed me when my car is in warranty. This is my first Mercedes Benz I was so happy to drive. Soon I started sensing bumps and even little stone piece feels like mountain to me now. “Toyota Camry” gives me better feel than Benz. I got for servicing so that they will fix any shocks(what so ever)issue is but I feel worst after service. If Mercedes Benz of Plano wants me to get the car again I will drop it it’s still under warranty.
