Although there was a lot of back and forth in buying process but we were able to make a deal smoothly. The sales rep also provided me a $75 voucher but One thing I would like to mention is that I didn’t process but we were able to make a deal smoothly. This was my first visit to Mercedes Benz of Plano to (first)service my pre-owned car but I’m really disappointed with the service they provided me.
