My Service Advisor, Matt Workman greeted me in the breezeway, explained what would be done and the approximate cost--which was not cheap beca Plano. Several hours later, Matt called to tell me that my car was ready for pick-up. What I really like about Matt is that he didn't try to sell me any "bells & whistles." He told me only what would be advisable but in general, treated this as a routine, yearly service, which it was. I trust both Matt and M-B-Plano because of that. More
