Check in was prompt and efficient. Clayton met me and I explained that the aux battery warning was lit. He arranged to have a replacement battery installed under the warranty that was in effect. From purchase to service, its all the worst of the worst!! From the time you try and purchase a car to the point where you fall for their scams and maybe buy a car from them, you will have consistently bad ser From the time you try and purchase a car to the point where you fall for their scams and maybe buy a car from them, you will have consistently bad service from staff who lie and don't do their job. I've bought 7 cars from Mercedes of Plano and for the first 6, they were great. But about 5 years ago they had an ownership change and its been downhill ever since. They lost most of their good people to a dealership in McKinney and are quickly loosing all their long-time customers to other dealerships. Save yourself the heartache, headache and money and go anywhere else. I'm not saying every other dealer is better only that in DFW, Mercedes of Plano is the pitts. Don't believe me?
