Had a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Plano. Brandon Reininger was my sales person. We had emailed for a few weeks back and forth before I came down. Gave us the wrong key and refused to give us the second one. Actually zero stars.We have the key to someone else's car and they have our. They wanted $300 for a "replacement" key.
