Best Experience Buying a Car I Have Ever Had (No Hyperbole) Ordered a 2020 GLE 350 in October and picked up yesterday. Taylor Wilson, my salesman, was looking out for me from the beginning, and followed through to the purchase yesterday. As we were finishing up paperwork, he noticed I had an appraisal from CarMax. I had anticipated the trade-in value from the dealership would be less than what they offered planned to sell my car there. Within minutes, MB Plano matched the offer, which saved me an additional sum for the taxes. He then got me the USAA rebate. I went in thinking I'd do some preliminary paperwork, sell my car myself, and then pick up the new car. Instead I left the dealership with my new vehicle and my old vehicle sold. Couldn't have been more seamless. Can't say enough about Taylor and his customer service. Will definitely recommend MB Plano and Taylor to anyone looking for a car. More

Been having periodic fueling problems on my 2016 GLA 250. Every now and then, after a fill-up, the engine studders and jerks when pressing gas pedal. Engine light comes on. Use premium octane as directed. Every now and then, after a fill-up, the engine studders and jerks when pressing gas pedal. Engine light comes on. Use premium octane as directed. My local dealer has had it 4 times and says I can only use Chevron Techron. Seems to work but can’t always find a Chevron Station. Last time it studdered was on Shell vpower. Decided to take it to where I bought it, M-B of Plano. Great service, nice folks but couldn’t replicate the problem. No solution. I’ll just have to wait for the engine to seize up I guess and hope it’s still under warranty. More
