I must express my deep disappointment with the quality of the 2021 GLE 350 4Matic. After the first year of ownership, it has been plagued with issues, the most concerning being a piston failure, which fortunately was covered by my extended warranty. For a luxury brand like Mercedes, such a major mechanical failure in a 3 year old vehicle is both unacceptable and embarrassing. This is not the level of reliability one expects from a premium automaker and it has severely impacted my confidence in the brand. This is only one of the many issues I've had with the car since ownership. More

At all their locations we have experienced die hard employees truly devoted to doing their jobs the way they would want to be treated. The nice cars are just a perk. It’s the service department employees that keep people coming back. The salesman and finance personnel are also key to it too. I do not want to buy a car if the salesman seems shady or pushy. We have only found the best reps at Ewing MB of Plano. Thank you, Steve, Aly, Mitch, Nick and Tyler for making our latest experience amazing and easy!!! More
