When nothing was found, and I was asked to pick up the car, I was astonished to note the car had been driven only 1.2 miles. It was clearly not given a full and comprehensive testing to determine the cause of my issue! More

Terrible customer service My car had damage to the passenger side when I picked it from service. I noticed it before leaving the garage and my usual service advisor took pics a My car had damage to the passenger side when I picked it from service. I noticed it before leaving the garage and my usual service advisor took pics and said he would get back to me to school a time to fix it. From there I have made 3 phone calls in 3 weeks dealing with Chad who is not even my advisor and try to bully me out of this. This is a shame. You do not represent the brand. Fix it! More
