Great overall experience Larry Reed at Mercedes-Benz of Plano has taken such good care of us. He not only got us the best deal possible for our 2014 GL Blutec, but he continue Larry Reed at Mercedes-Benz of Plano has taken such good care of us. Rude receptionist and poor team Yesterday (10/12/15) I called the salesperson whom we met last week and scheduled a test drive. I said I can be there in 30mts and he agreed for that Yesterday (10/12/15) I called the salesperson whom we met last week and scheduled a test drive. I said I can be there in 30mts and he agreed for that. We were there with in 20 to 25 mts of the call. We met the receptionist and she tried to reach the salesperson but she could not. She asked us to wait and she said she would find him. But even after we waited for 30 minutes noboday cared about us waiting. When we approached the receptionist again, all we got was a rude reply. (she said..I asked you to sit,,he is coming with the car). We waited for 10 more minutes and nobody showed up! It was total about 40 minutes wait and still no salesperson to talk to us. It was not all a busy day (2 to 3pm) with only one more customer walking around the sales floor. We walked out of this dealership while our intention was to test drive and book/buy a new S550 the same day. I'm not writing the salespersons name here as he was nice during our last visit and can't guess what happened to him yesterday. I tried to reach him by calling 6 times during my wait and there was no reply. There was no attempt by anybody I talked to assign another sales person who would be available. Also nobody from this dealership called me back rest of the day. More

Bad Service Mercedes of Plano service will not stand good on what is agreed on after signing papers. My Mercedes 450 GL with less than 40,000 miles is having a Mercedes of Plano service will not stand good on what is agreed on after signing papers. My Mercedes 450 GL with less than 40,000 miles is having air conditioner problems. Air continues to run when car is off with myself and keys out of it. Mercedes tells me it will be 2 weeks before a loaner is available. They assured me when I bought the car living 59 miles away a loaner would always be available. Just s story for the sales pitch. Never again would I buy another Mercedes. More

After using Auto Trader to research a new vehicle for my wife, we narrowed the choices down to Mercedes, Lexus , and BMW. When we went to Mercedes Benz of Plano to test drive a GLK, we met Veronica, a breath of fresh air! She patiently listened to and catered to our needs. When we decided to look at a CPO model, Veronica took us on a test drive even though she was not able to sell Certified models. In the end, my wife chose a Lexus IS because she preferred a car over an SUV, but she almost bought the Mercedes because of how gracious Veronica was. More

First lets just say that Mr. Steve Gleason was excellent in understanding our needs as this was our very first time buying a Mercedes. Steve was extremely patient and showed us all the different cars and had us test drive few of them to our satisfaction explaining every possible features of the car.. He just went above and beyond to make us comfortable, like family, throughout our new car buying experience!! Steve did everything possible to not only get us the best deal but also helped us get the delivery of the car on my wife's birthday on very short notice.. The best part is that none of the staff at the dealership were like the stereotypical pushy salesman and were helpful, friendly and professional.. I would probably give a 11/10 for such exemplary staff and it was by far the stellar experience in the DFW area - ultimately the reason why we wanted to go back to Mercedes Benz Plano to actually buy the car.. My service advisor is Bonnie Beck and to be honest she is the main reason I keep coming back to this location for my vehicle service needs. In the past I would try to find the best deals but have learned the hard way that cheap service cost more in the long run. For this reason, I continue to visit Bonnie and MB of Plano for my vehicle maintenance. The entire staff is professional and courteous. I rarely take the time to provide feedback but I felt it was necessary to give credit and kudos when due. Thank you Bonnie & MB of Plano for valuing my business. More

I've owned my 2006 r350 since 09 & from the moment I purchased it with the assistance of Danny Higgins, to each time it has been serviced or repaired, I've owned my 2006 r350 since 09 & from the moment I purchased it with the assistance of Danny Higgins, to each time it has been serviced or repaired, I have had no issues or complaints. Each time I take my car for servicing or repair & switch to a loaner vehicle, someone always helps me with my 2 toddlers & the transfer of their carseats and all of our stuff. My car has 165,000 miles on it & it has needed several repairs over the years, but one can't expect things not to wear out. I have never felt any repair was unjust or done incorrectly. Soon it will be time to purchase a newer vehicle. I've considered switching brands, but the experiences at the dealership in terms of service, coupled with the great vehicle that I have now has made me almost certain I will buy another Mercedes. When I do, I will be buying it from MB plano. More
