He found one in California and made sure it got to Texas. As soon as the SUV arrived in Texas he drove it to my office so I could test drive it and confirm this was the one I wanted. The whole experience from price to purchase to delivery was very easy and effortless. I'm very happy with my purchase and feel like I got a great deal for the SUV I wanted and did not have any of the headaches associated with buying a new car. More

From the moment my husband and I walked in to look at purchasing a new vehicle, we were greeted with a friendliness and professionalism. The sales process went quite smoothly and we were able to find not just a car for him but also one for myself! The process of getting window tinting added afterward, as well as a clear bra for his car, was easy and timely. My only complaint is the length of time it took to get our permanent license plates and registration stickers and the fact that we didn't get a phone call that they were in and available for pick up. I had to call a few times to follow-up and even stopped by to see what the hold-up was. Despite this hiccup, our car-buying experience was extremely pleasant and we our definitely Ewing clients for a long time to come. I strongly recommend them over the other big "Place" in DFW that sells higher-end vehicles. They are more personable and family-oriented. You aren't just another number in line, they remember your name and your face and seem genuinely happy to see you each time you return. Byron was a big reason we ended up purchasing two vehicles rather than just the one because he was eager to please and seemed concerned with our best interest. We weren't just another sale to him. Wow is all I can say about my sales consultant Jon Betlejewski. I have bought a lot of cars in my time but have never run into a salesman that cared more about the me being happy. I am glad I went to this Dealer. I last had a 2000 model S Class which I traded back in 2004. Went to a 7 Series and then a LS-460. Glad to back with M-B. My sales person was no longer at Ewing and the phone operator, Ms. Feely, recommended Clay Thorne to me. She seemed to have an idea that we would Click. We did for sure. He was very patient and provided great eductional guidance on his stock of Mercedes Cars. I was truly looking at Lexus, Audi, BMW and Mercedes when I first met Clay. Over a four week period I eliminated one Car Manufacturer each Saturday, (My Car shopping day). I was down to the 535i and the E 350-Sport. Both are outstanding cars. Having owned 4 BMW's in the past I was really leaning in that direction. I have a true fondness for my old dealer and the service guy there, who I have known over the years. He is great, which is important, because when you own a BMW you need a good relationship with a service advisor.... Ewing's Auto Haus Mercedes truly wanted my business and made that Clear, without over doing it, at all. In my experiences with my S Class purchase from 11 years back, Ewing is the Friendliest of the North Texas Mercedes Dealers. Anyway, my new car is great and the service offered by the sales team at Ewing has accomodated my every desire with great Proficiecny. The Whole process was so easy. The finance director, Jason Matthews, was a big part of getting my business. He cut to the chase with my that part of the negotiation and purchase in the end. He and Clay made it easy for me to drop the idea of a BMW. When you buy a car and the sales person wants to go off to see "Someone in the Back" you wonder what is up with that and how long I am gonna be here? Well, I have Never seen two Professional car dealership work in tandem as a team with such ease and efficiency. Their first thought was to take care of their customer, me. In summation, being someone who works a lot+long hours I really do not want to spend an inordinate amount of time car-shopping, though it sounds like I did. It was a 4-5 week experience, beacuase I only went on Saturdays. Again, Ewing Auto Haus is a great place. I am glad to be there. In addition, the dealership facilties have been totally updated and upgraded in recent time as well. It is a Fun place to go back to, and I have had to go back to learn more about the operation of my car. Guess I better read the book ! Again, great place, great deal and best of all ... Great People.
