Unfortunately, this is a policy of Mercedes-Benz that we are not allowed to turn the light off without completing the entire service. All Mercedes-Benz dealerships should abide by this rule or ultimately can face penalties. So be it, but the service at 7500 miles would have resulted in a check list of items not needing immediate attention. I was there to purchase a car. I'll buy it from the dealer in Gilbert AZ where I purchased my current car. Talked to European Imports in Grapevine and they'll take care of my car and the service light. I had an appointment yesterday at 12:30 and had to wait 15 minutes for service writer and then was told it was a 2 hour wait. Horrible service and you lost a sale.
