Checking in and dropping off my vehicle with Jeffrey Quimby was extremely easy, fast and efficient. He communicated estimated costs and estimated service time. Jeffrey explained and set up the shuttle via Alto for me. The shuttle itself arrived within minutes and picked me up right by the service bay. I knew what vehicle to look for; the shuttle car was clearly marked. The ride was wonderful and offering this service is top notch and so very convenient and appreciated. I could track the progress of my vehicle throughout the day. I received notification when my vehicle was done. Pickup of my vehicle with Jeffrey was also just as quick and easy as it was dropping it off. Jeffrey was kind and extremely personable. My vehicle was cleaned inside and out which was a pleasant surprise! And the service B and my state inspection were all taken care of. Thank you again! More
