Eric Alejandra was very professional he helped and guided me through the process and steps. Awsome experience. There was also was a black lady with a face mask whom was not in that department helped guided me through the process and steps. Awsome experience. Mercedes Benz of Plano is an absolute gem! Zach Vunk, Service Advisor, is always fully accommodating to my needs! I absolutely love my CLS 450 that I purchased here!
