I was misled about several features of the 2024 GLC 300 I purchased brand new in September 2024. Test drove the C class and was told the GLC has an identical interior and features. This place is a fraud. Sold me a defective vehicle. The car was giving an alarm and they said they were going to fix is and drop it off. But they didn’t check it. I experienced 4 significant issues with my 2022 GLE 450 in the first year of ownership - that is not acceptable, particularly at this price point. They sent me to corporate to apply for lemon law status and then washed their hands. I would never give my business to this dealership again and if this isn’t resolved, I will never buy a Mercedes again. More
