The dealership failed to get Mercedes to cover what was clearly a manufactuing defect. The dearership kept the car for over 4 weeks and really never gave a clear pucture of what was going on. I finally demanded to know where the car was and when I got that information I found out it was at a 'paint shop'. I drove to the paint shop and found out the car was 'waiting to be painted'. Needless to say my car was finished in a few days after my visit. Really objectionable considering how many car my wife has purchasd from the dealership and the dealership has serviced. More
