Since Eric trueblood has joined the Mercedes service team my experience when Mercedes is servicing my vehicle for whatever reason, has improved 100%. Also final bill wasn't what they quoted and the repair ran over the quoted price but Eric honored the original quote . which is how auto businesses should operate but oftentimes don't.. In any event, I would choose Mercedes again for my next leased vehicle or purchase. More
