This place is listed as somewhere I can take my car for the lifetime oil change I have with Lithia. After they changed my oil they gave me zero information whatsoever about when my next one is due or what the lifetime oil change I have with Lithia. What they did tell me is that I have a “very bad oil leak” which was completely untrue per my own assessment and that of my mechanic. It seemed very obvious that since I had an older non Mercedes vehicle that they could care less about me. More

There is always something to complain about. Our overall experience was very pleasant and professional. The staff taking care of our expectations and everybody was more then helpful. We came primarily for getting a notification on the dashboard we also got an oil change. It took all day and the primary problem was not resolved. But had a bill to pay for over $600. Never had an is dashboard we also got an oil change. It took all day and the primary problem was not resolved. But had a bill to pay for over $600. Never had an issue like that with MB in 50 years of ownership. The trade in/ sale value for this car is only $6000 So no a happy customer. Sorry for us and MB! Helgi Heidar More
