Mercedez Benz of Portland completed the service as requested. When I picked up my car there was a massive gash in the steering wheel. It looked like it was from a metal watch. I do not wear watches. I requested. When I picked up my car there was a massive gash in the steering wheel. It looked like it was from a metal watch. I do not wear watches. I requested to speak with a service manager but they weren’t in the office and I was told I’d get a call back on Monday. I never received a call back. I’ll have this fixed elsewhere as I’d rather not deal with this dealer. With their outrageous labor rates I’d expect more care from their service staff. More

It took over a week after parts came in to fix my blown tire… was never contacted about timing or anything, including they couldn’t find my car. Poor service, communication and attitude..
