At signing I was surprised to see that my loan would be with one of their bank partners instead of my bank, and I was pressured to accept that. They advertised, and I purchased a certified preowned vehicle, which turned out to actually not be a certified preowned vehicle, and we had to push to get them to make that right. They did make it right in the end and I am happy with my purchase. More
