Seamless, personal, low stress car buying experience! I'm sure that I'm not alone in finding a car purchase a highly stressful occasion wrought with anxiety. I came into Mercedes Benz of Portland with a p I'm sure that I'm not alone in finding a car purchase a highly stressful occasion wrought with anxiety. I came into Mercedes Benz of Portland with a preapproved loan and general idea of the car I wanted. Andrew had it ready on my arrival and took me on a test drive, taking care to answer all questions. Dale was able to provide a great financing alternative to my preapproved loan. Mylee and Andrew worked to make sure that I had a super warranty, realistic for my goals. They were patient, affable, and stayed late to finish the transaction. I was so pleasantly surprised. The entire team was a class act, from beginning to end. Thank you so much! More

Great experience buying our 2017 GLS450 My wife and I drove 6 hours to buy her a GLS450. Andrew Singer handled our transaction. He was very helpful by telephone prior to our arrival, answering questions and obtaining estimates for the trade-in we had. We arrived early on a Saturday morning and were treated to coffee and Latte's. The car we drove to see was cleaned up and waiting, and exactly what we were looking for. Andrew had the car further detailed while we signed paperwork with Mylee (Who was also helpful and friendly with explanations of all our options) Nate Johnson-Grumm has been of assistance in helping us learn all the bells and whistles on this highly engineered and technical GLS. I heartily recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a new or used Mercedes. As we live 6 hours away, they will not be servicing our new car...we have a dealership an hour and a half from our home. More

WORIST OF WORIST DEALER On April 5th 2019 I conetected Mercedes Benz Of PORTLAND asking about 2016 E 350 that I saw on their website, happened to be still available and went On April 5th 2019 I conetected Mercedes Benz Of PORTLAND asking about 2016 E 350 that I saw on their website, happened to be still available and went down met with a sales person by the name of Nikki, She took me down stairs to see the car, we found it and test drove, since they require buyer to test drive, I even tho I own the same car 2 yrs older. I told Nikki the price is too high and she asked me what I wanted to pay I told her my price and she said ok, and asked me to sign a payer that I will buy the car after it pass inspection and I did at the same time i told her make sure the car Comfort Box is there since I didn’t see it on the trunk, she told me she will find it. On the 4/ 10/ 19 I pm I was scheduled to take the car outside inspection and if it pass I will buy it for $28k what they agreed, but when texted Kikki to let her know I will come at 1pm and make sure the Comfort Bix is there she responded the by saying Comfort Box will cost you $235 and I can order it for you, when I told her that was part of the deal, she said we already give the car for $8000 less then their asking price,but few minutes later the manager called and said they are not selling the car for what the price they agreed before. I have text msg that exchanged from with Nikki prove them wrong Very dishonest dealer and shady business practice. This is the 2nd time I was screwd over by this dealer. 2 yrs ago when I bout my E-350 with only 14k miles my sunroof was not working properly they couldn’t fix it after they had my car for 3 days but even my car was under warranty I end up paying out of my pocket to fix it. So BUYERS BE AWARE! More

Actually enjoyed buying a car Went to buy a used car from MBoP and wasn't expecting to be treated so well, I may as well have been buying a brand new Mercedes!
