Everything about the dealership was excellent, except that I received no paperwork. I use these logs to track my oil changes and maintenance. I could even manage not having the log, if one of those stick that I received no paperwork. I use these logs to track my oil changes and maintenance. I could even manage not having the log, if one of those stickers had been put on my windshield showing when I was next due for an oil change. But I didn't receive that either. The guys the dealership were very friendly and easy to work with. I was however, very frustrated about the delay in the delivery of my vehicle because it was an out-of-state purchase. For some reason they could not release my vehicle until the loan was completely funded. I have never had that kind of an experience with any other dealership. Apparently it is their parent companies requirements so I am not holding it against the dealership. More
