Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with the dealer regarding my vehicle. Initially, I explained to them the exact issue I was facing. However, after their diagnostic, they told me something dif dealer regarding my vehicle. Initially, I explained to them the exact issue I was facing. However, after their diagnostic, they told me something different and proceeded to fix what they thought was wrong, charging me for it. Unfortunately, just a day after receiving the vehicle, the original problem I mentioned returned. I had to tow the vehicle back to them, where they conducted another diagnostic. This time, they confirmed that the issue was indeed what I had initially pointed out. They ordered the necessary parts and charged me again. In total, I ended up paying over $4,000 for repairs that should have only cost around $2,000. This is what they are doing over there. More

I scheduled an appointment for my oil change tow times the first time they didn’t do it because they said that system was down. I have the free lifetime oil change I guess maybe that’s why they didn’t wan the first time they didn’t do it because they said that system was down. I don’t know I take my truck there before so I was OK if the system is down then I’ll do another appointment so I schedule a second appointment. I call in the morning like a little bit before 9 AM in the morning my appointment was for 11 I believe so I called to make sure that they will do it that time on that appointment so they never answer me. I live at urgent message so they never contact me back so I show up for my appointment at 11. and then they asked me did you call to make sure that we have the parts for your truck? I say well I called and live in urgent message but nobody call me back so and then they were like oh I need to check your bin number because of the weight of your truck. It might be the problem, but I took my truck before there so I don’t think the weight was a problem, and when I say that they say they have to order the parts like the filter or something so it was 11 so they say like oh so the filters don’t get here like maybe until 1 PM so I told her it’s OK I’m gonna drop off my truck and I’ll come back to get it when it’s ready so I think they just were making things up too. Don’t do it but it’s OK so I just recommend you don’t buy the lifetime oil change when you buy you car More

There was a quick and detailed gathering of information and they sent a cool video of the tech physically showing you what needed to be done to the vehicle and a timely completion of the work done.
