Horrible experience with bb recall ! Lies .now have lost just about everything. Its bull. Dont believe anything anyone says now . They tell me my cars repairs are not due to the neligence when my 2009 has been parked since i got the notice to not drive! They had it towed there then have it hostage and take no accountability that it was running driving then parked then battery died! So i apprive a battery but they want over 3000.00 for my car to maybe run and drive! Im disabled w kids w disabilities! And in a unsafe situation. Im not okay that they know i have no idea how to go about handling this my financial stability depends on having my vehicle and my family altogether well being .they charge over 300 buks ea piece of diagnosis ea part etc when it was not broken! How can i feel !?;( devastated talking to the news screw this. Sean has tried to cordinate tho then ea time does not get that it was fine until parked forever! Thats the battety recall i think they have too. Illegal. Bigtime. More

Service was excellent. I had a B Service and two recalls to do. They thought it'd be 4 to 6 hours. My appointment was at 1pm but I arrived early at noon. They got don I had a B Service and two recalls to do. They thought it'd be 4 to 6 hours. My appointment was at 1pm but I arrived early at noon. They got done in only 2 hours. I was on my way home at 2pm. It was my best experience to-date. I have been going to Mercedes Benz of Portland since I moved to the PNW 7 years ago. I don't plan on going anywhere else. More
