I went to service my AMG and the service department was very awkward and not very inviting. They didn't have a receptionist so you kind of stand there until someone lifts their head off their desk and ackn very awkward and not very inviting. They didn't have a receptionist so you kind of stand there until someone lifts their head off their desk and acknowledges you. I took my car there at 8:00 am they texted me at 2:30 saying that if I wanted to added things to my services. I denied it and asked when my vehicle will be done. I didn't hear anything back waited over an hour still no response. I decided to just go back to the dealership. I got awkward service again with the service department. I'm super disappointed especially being a “high-end” dealer. More
