I will never buy another vehicle from Lithia’s Mercedes-Benz of Portland. I purchased a 2020 vehicle with their “limited warranty for any Mechanical or Electrical component failure for 3000 miles Mercedes-Benz of Portland. I purchased a 2020 vehicle with their “limited warranty for any Mechanical or Electrical component failure for 3000 miles or 60 days.” The vehicle had shocks that didn’t work. The Sales Management team responded by introducing delays, misinformation and multiple trips to their office to attempt resolution. It took over 2 months to get them to accept their responsibility for making the repair. Further the vehicle needed a $25 DEQ inspection which they said they would reimburse me. After more than 4 months and multiple requests, they still haven’t reimbursed me. More
Service advisor had an unprofessional appearance. Did not communicate with me about the exact repairs that were made on my vehicle. Initially tried to upsell me additional unwarranted services that had nothing to do with 4-wheel alignment that I originally brought the car in for. Spark plugs and 'coolant color' have nothing to do with tire wear. I was optimistic given the premium nature of the brand, however, it's clear that since this has become corporate owned by Lithia, and not family owned, service has gone down, and prices have gone up without concern about the customer experience. Do not mistake free Cheetos and coffee bar for customer service. More

Great service advisor. . Mechanic replaced turbo under warranty but forgot to attach cooled line and jammed it in after the fact causing a coolant leak. Been coming for more . Car was returned to me in a state of partial disassembly with a component placed on top of passenger seat. A piece of the disassembled component was lost by the tech. Service writer and management team ar with a component placed on top of passenger seat. A piece of the disassembled component was lost by the tech. Service writer and management team are extremely difficult to reach through any type of communication method. Texts, calls, and emails left unanswered. Incorrect replacement part was ordered. Multiple extra trips required to resolve. Most importantly to me, the vehicle was dropped off fully assembled and that's how it should have been returned to the customer. I've been a customer at this location since 2018. This experience has soured me on MB of PDX and leaves me questioning whether to continue with the brand for my next vehicle purchase. Even though personnel and performance of the sales and service units are unrelated, I question whether I would be able to receive quality service on a new MB vehicle at this location. Management at this organization responds to online reviews promptly but never once made an attempt to contact me. Service writer appeared unwilling or unable to push back against shoddy work by the tech. This indicates to me that service writer does not feel empowered and supported by management team. More
