Courteous, you need to make schedule your appointment as soon as you get your coupon for 25% off. Otherwise it expires and at $ 922.00 it would have helped alot...especially since I need new car mats,and a soon as you get your coupon for 25% off. I would not recommend this dealer for service after my experience. It seemed like they overbooked appointments and the entrance was overflowing with cars for service. The exit lane was blocked with a park experience. It seemed like they overbooked appointments and the entrance was overflowing with cars for service. The exit lane was blocked with a parked car and I had to back out twice to allow cars to exit through the entrance. I was greeted by a kid who called me “boss” and told me to wait inside and someone would contact me. I marked that I would wait for my service appointment and had some other things that needed addressed. I was asked if leaving the car for a couple of days was okay, I said I lived in rainier and would need a loaner. I could not get one because I did not reserve it. I had to cancel my additional requests and only get the recommended service. I waiting over 5 hours for it to be complete. I saw my car exit the car wash area and it took another hour before someone came and got me to pay. I did not feel important and was ignored until time to pay. More
