When I arrived as I was walking to the front door, Tom Wonderful experience dealing with Tom and the dealership. Started with a call for a test drive. When I arrived as I was walking to the front door, Tom was in the lot with a test drive vehicle and greeted me before I even entered the building. Low key drive, Tom sat back and let me enjoy my test drive, just guiding me along the route and answering questions as they arose. Of course after driving the E class I wanted to own one. Tom gave me a fair lease value (enhanced by my AICPA discount) and I was ready to purchase. Came back the next day, the car was beautiful and ready to be delivered. The process and paperwork was seamless and the whole transaction including a lengthily session with their expert tech guy guiding me through the vehicles many modern functions was around 2 hours which is exactly what I had budgeted for.
