Excellent Experience As soon as I stepped into the Princeton dealership, I was greeted by Mr Dale Cook, who immediately impressed me by his courtesy and professionalism. He is very knowledgeable about every detail pertaining to each model. He identified my needs, and immediately engaged my undivided attention. He gained my trust, especially when he exerted no pressure on me to finalize the deal on the spot, like many other salesmen at other dealerships. When I decided to go ahead with the deal, I phoned him & he took it upon himself to finalize all the paperwork necessary in my absence, so as not to waste my time. On the delivery date, he came personally to my house to pick me up, since I had no one to drop me off at the dealer. Mr Cook gained a customer for life! I was also extremely pleased with the expertise of young Mr Adam Gelfand, who is a technology wiz. If the words Duty and Honor are something you keep inside and never expect praise, but you consider those qualities paramount, and meet all the challenges along the way, then IMHO you are an exceptional person. Mercedes Benz is an exceptional automobile. It is a fine example of a terrific reward. There is one in my driveway now. I searched many fine car dealerships and compared many different autos and because of Mr. Arno Orsini and his vast store of knowledge I purchased from his dealership. I'm a regular guy. I am not someone who can purchase a Mercedes as an afterthought. I did some due diligence and decided to buy either an Acura MDX, Lexus RX, or a M Class SUV. I drove them all, made several trips to each dealer and sometimes multiple trips to different same company showrooms. I have previously owned an Acura, as well as a Lexus, so when I went to Mercedes Benz I walked in blind. If these cars were similarly equipped, why was the Mercedes a bit more money. That's when Mr. Orsini became passionate about his product. We went inside the engine hood, crawled under the the rear of the car, checked out the finishing edges of the metal, compared door hinges and the difference in quality of parts. We've all heard about costs, what about quality? That's where the German manufacturer shines. Some may say their cars are over engineered, I say they are made better because my family and theirs, are worth the extra safety. If you want to visit a quality Mercedes Benz dealership and meet the most professional salesman I've ever encountered in any profession go to Medcedes Benz of Princeton NJ and ask for Mr. Arno Orsini. If you are like me and have never owned a Mercedes you owe it to yourself to take my advice. I happened to buy a 2016 GLE300d. It drives like silk, and don't let the four cylinder turbo charged diesel engine scare you off. It has a lot of power and I had no trouble getting on the highway. More

Arno has assisted us with our new vehicles since 2008 and he is our go to guy. I purchased the GLA250, and could not be happier. While I knew for the most part what I was looking for, I sat down with Arno and we went through what I wanted and what I needed. He answered all of my questions and advised me on what features would best fit my needs. He made the entire process easy and clear and kept me in the loop the entire time, even giving me updates on production and shipping. Not only is Arno professional and incredibly knowledgable about the MB brand and what the different classes offer, he is also personable and has a great sense of humor. The wait for the car to be build is the most painful thing but even there Paul made it a point to update me with the status promptly. He even worked to get it delivered before the promised date of delivery. Every thing right from the test drive to the delivery was a smooth process and definitely would recommend Paul and mbprinceton to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. I almost forgot about the price point, i was offered a really great price for the features and my specific requirements.
