There was nothing in common with the uncomfortable, adversarial auto buying experiences I have had before. He listened carefully, understood my needs and wishes, and worked to meet them. The most transparent process I have ever seen--all details reviewed, double-checked, all possible combinations examined. Everything explained clearly. Dale took his time to consider the optimal combination of features and value-for-money packages. I felt well informed as well as respected. This was a unique experience.
