First time customer very impressed and satisified! I wanted to surprise my fiancée with the GLA250 but did not have much free time between going to school and work throughout the week. I communicated mainly with Alex Shaparin thru email which was almost 40 emails total at the end of the deal because I had many many questions and it was just such a breeze. As far as pricing goes whether your looking to lease or buy Alex and this dealership[p make it very simple and easy. They get straight to the point and give you their best price right up front so there is no need to haggle and go back and forth and waste extra time or get cheated . Overall, this was my first time at this dealership, as well as my first time at a Mercedes dealership in general and I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership! My habit is to shop 3 agencies to find the most competitive and Dale has come out on top 2 times now. Just leased my 2nd MBZ SUV from Dale and could not be happier. Respect is shown by the entire team at MBZ Princeton from the receptionist forward. It has truly been my pleasure to acquire a luxury vehicle and not feel as though I was in a 15 round fight.
