In a very polite, decidedly low key manner, Arno showed me on the car how the E350 was superior to the BMW 535 I had been considering. Negotiations were also low key with Arno, and resulted in an extremely attractive price. I placed the order to build the car, with Arno offering sage advice about which options would best meet my needs. When the car arrived the delivery process was very thorough - I was slowly taken through all of the car’s controls to be sure that I understood how to use them. All in all, a thoroughly pleasant experience - I highly recommend the dealership! More

Mr Paul has been very excellent in service and professional . I could close the deal within 2 days from the day of inspection . I have been buying from Mercedes Benz of Princeton since I was 20 years old. I am 37 now. Needless to say I have purchased over 13 cars from MB Princeton in that time period and only drive Mercedes Benz. I was 20 years old. I am 37 now. Yes, the product speaks for itself however it is the employees from the car washer all the way to the owner who even remembers my name when he sees me. I feel like family when I walk in there and always feel like I'm the only customer there. It is this customer service that distinguishes "the men from the boys". Moving on to my salesman Dale Cook, words cannot express how happy I am to have him as my salesman. Dale goes above and beyond any call of duty. He picks up the car at my home or work whenever I need to have it serviced. He comes in on his days off to accomodate my schedule to make sure I am satisfied. He handles all my service visits and loaner cars even though it is not his responsibility. On my last visit just last week, he came in on his day off right after surgery therapy! What more can you ask? Lastly and most of all, he knows what I want and its never a question that I leave Mercedes Benz of Princeton like a kid who just went crazy in a candy store. Dale has become part of my family as I am part of the Mercedes Benz of Princeton family. Thank you all for making buying a car like a walk in the park.
