I had a great car buing experience. The dealer gave me what I considered a fair price for my trade and a reasonable price on an SLK 350. The sales man, David Brown was personable and very knowledgeable ab what I considered a fair price for my trade and a reasonable price on an SLK 350. The sales man, David Brown was personable and very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. He reviewed all the features with me and set up our phones and satellite radio for us. He was very helpful in shing us different models as we could not decide between a convertible and a sporty convertible. He never pressured us but provided factual information for us to make our own decision. Overall it was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. More

I had the privilege of working with Harry Severino. Harry made the process so easy and enjoyable, I was amazed. He is the ultimate professional and Leith is fortunate to have him; what an asset. My wife gets a new Mercedes from Leith every three years. Everyone at the Dealership is professional, courteous, and caring. I love my ML350 and my wife feels the same about her E350. I went there to order a replacement key and told them that I could not bring my car to the dealership to get it programmed. They told me that it would be 2-3 days for the key to come in and they would ca that I could not bring my car to the dealership to get it programmed. They told me that it would be 2-3 days for the key to come in and they would call me when it did. I waited 3 days for a car then when I called them they said they had it. I again asked for any suggestions for having my key programmed because I could not drive my car they directed me to roadside assistance who said that there was nothing they could do for me. Again they offered no other suggestions so I finally had my car towed to the dealership where there was in fact no programming to do at all. More
