George Brown, sales, and Ed Sigmon, general manager, provided me excellent service at Mercedes Benz of Raleigh. They both went above and beyond with their customer service. I presented them with several provided me excellent service at Mercedes Benz of Raleigh. They both went above and beyond with their customer service. I presented them with several obstacles regarding my trade in and they solved all of the problems I was having and was able to get me into the GLS 450 while giving me a great trade in value for my prior car. It has been a bucket list item of mine to drive a Mercedes and I love my SUV. I have already recommended them to several people and cannot sing their praises enough. My husband and I just purchased a car from George Brown. We found him to be friendly and very pleasant to work with. Even after our transaction was completed he called to see if we needed any additional information. We would also like you to know that we were greeted by the Leith staff as soon as we entered the showroom. There were never any awkward moments wondering which direction we should head toward.
